In the first of a series of episodes discussing albums from the year 1992, Tim, Joe, Keith, and Eric discuss the album Blues for the Red Sun by Kyuss. One of the first bands to be labeled “Stoner Rock”, Kyuss was known for their sludgy, bass heavy, Sabbath influenced sound. A band that influenced the likes of Dave Grohl and Metallica, Kyuss often doesn’t get the recognition they deserve.
